- - Clay disc bird bath cleaners were charged $30 each instead of $6 with no adjustment, so I closed my account.
I have never had a problem with them , sometimes an item I had ordered was the wrong fit and they always sent the correct size and told me to keep the original and give it to someone else. My only issue was I had ordered 2 clay disc bird bath cleaners on sale for 6 dollars and I was charged 30 dollars each and there was no budging on this.
I closed my account because it was so ridiculous to pay that much for these 2 little discs. Its really too bad because I really enjoyed the site and service

I made a phone call to a number I thought was a call I was making in Canada. Turn out to be international Cost me $98.00 for this call.
Nothing was able to fix the problem.
The email from Temu to me is not my email so do not receive any messages. Only have the app..
My email address got changed coming from Temu. To a byv,***2gn@***.com I cannot find this in my e-mails so I cannot print my return label out. Can I copy the information for the return label with all the information on it.

Customer service is too hard to reach and they create havic with personal bank account and keep everything in caos regarding trying to purchase anything with their crazy free gift methods of receiving in deceiving ways , and constantly sending messages to get free merchandise! All *** I need to receive a call from delivery company just before arriving and I don't know how to do that!
Everything is so crazy and understanding anything with even making a small purchase is complicated!
It wares me out !! And honesty with payment is deceiving as well !
